Footings to framing: up to 6 floors. Turn-key superstructure.
Design. Engineering. Form. Pour. Supply. Fabricate. Panelize. Install. Frame.
TESA SKLTN delivers the turn-key superstructure, from footings to framing, with any stage available on its own. Steel is the upgrade from wood. On the multiplex and apartment projects where the Building Code calls for non-combustible construction, light steel framing is the structure that meets it. The core is precision light steel framing; where it lowers cost we frame hybrid with wood, a cost choice rather than a limitation. Up to six floors, for residential, commercial, and industrial.

TESA SKLTN
How it is made: precision light steel framing.
We design and engineer the framing, and every member is roll-formed to your exact specifications, then panelized and installed.
Designed and engineered to spec through intelligent design and engineering software.
Roll-formed to spec: studs, tracks, floor joists, roof trusses, and rafters, in the profiles each project requires.
Panelized, which installs far faster than stick framing.

TESA SKLTN
Why we build in steel.
What the material buys the project, in plain terms.
- Exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
- 2x to 3x faster to frame
- Up to 10x less waste than wood
- Lower labour cost
- Non-combustible
- Rodent and termite resistant
- Mould resistant
- Will not rot, warp, crack, or shrink
- Consistent material quality
- Lower builder's risk insurance
- Maintenance free
TESA SKLTN
Hybrid framing and the multi-family advantage.
SKLTN is the structure in the right material. Light steel framing is the core, with HSS and wood incorporated where the design calls for them.
Where non-combustible construction is required and interior, non-load-bearing walls may be wood, we frame hybrid: steel where it is required, wood where it is permitted. On multi-family projects that need it, this delivers the non-combustible structure at a lower cost than other steel or concrete solutions.
Applications
Residential, commercial, and industrial. Up to six floors.
The Integrated Advantage
SKLTN raises the structure that Real Estate found and underwrote and Development designed and permitted, with the capital behind it structured by Capital alongside licensed lenders. When a client wants the entire arc as one bespoke engagement, that is Signature Build.
